Hey there, how’ve you been?
It’s been a while since I last updated my blog.
I’ve been super duper busy with zooming around, working on fun projects and creating all kinds of new artwork.
But I decided it was about time for an update and I wanted to share something fun with you.
A little while ago I licensed (thanks to my lovely agent Jennifer Nelson) a couple of designs with the kind people of Calypso Cards.
Calypso Cards is a company that publishes and distributes contemporary greeting cards and related gift products that are sold through specialist retailers in the US and Canada. The company is a woman-owned business and produces environmentally friendly products (YAY).
All their publications and envelops use recycled content and they’re printing the stuff with vegetable or soy-based inks.
The other day, I received a package with samples of one of the designs I made, and I have to say I was really pleased.
The colours turned out simply amazing and exactly how they were meant to be. And they added just the right amount of glitter for a touch of sweetness.
All with all, I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Here are some photos of the card.
If you’re curious for the other designs I made for them, please have a look at my gallery on the website.
Most of them are Christmas designs though, so they won’t be available in the stores yet.
(Sometimes I wished I lived in the USA so I could see my products on the shelves with my own eyes, haha.)
Wishing you a lovely day!
See it shine!
